91 civic idle issue

91 civic idle issue

I'm about to buy a 91 civic with a b16 a in it. The only real issue is it idles high, anywhere between 2 and 3.5k. any ideas?

Sounds like a vaccuum leak. But it could be a number of other things. Check and see if it is throwing any CELs.
