i did, and they are not blown yet. but the shocks were not high mileage. It is not recommended though you do that though, they probably won't last long

Not sure about h&r springs, but my old skunk2 "coilovers" totally destroyed a perfectly good set of konis. Currently running kyb agx's with eibach sportlines without any issues.

I've heard the best to run w H&R's are KYB AGX's, but you can run em on stock shocks but they'll blow eventually

go for it, worst case you blow your stock shocks in a few weeks or months.

I have a 99' EX and i have H&R Race on stock struts going on 6 months without any problems. The mileage on the struts are 156k. If you do it right and dont go 30mph over speed bumps you should be ok.

the higher spring rate will cause them to blow eventually. it might take 2 months it might take a year no way to really tell.

i would go ahead and invest in some agx's, i have them and absolutely love the adjustability.

eibach sportlines with agx's, on soft they ride like stock (for those long interstate trips)
