92-93 cb7 rear window problem

the rear driverside window will not fully roll up all of the way, it leaves about an inch open gap

I have heard of regulator problems but im not too familiar with these cars

all help is appreciated

Is the window still aligned?

yes, the window is aligned properly in both the weather stripping and and window track
