Default help me with my clutch problem

i just installed a spec stage 3 clutch in my 04 v6 6-speed accord and it is not releasing fast enough when i shift fast it feels like it is almost slipping but i noticed that it slips then the clutch pedal hits isn't releasing fast enough i did notice that my cluth resovior cover has a rubber boot looking thing and it is swollen and wont go back into place i tried bleeding it but it didn't get any better and my clutch pedal is hard at all to push down i spoke with spec tech dept. the told me the clutch doesn'thave to be rock hard because hondas have alot of clamping force so it doesn't have to be stiff it also grabs about 2/3 of the way up and spec said that was normal because when you are racing you want to shift fast so you want to just tap the clutch to shift please some one help me with my cluth not releasing fast enough
