CD player stopped workin?!

Default CD player stopped workin?!

my cd player in my 99 si stopped workin...checked wires and ignition wire has 12 volts, i got a good ground. my stock cd player wont work either in it, both of them jus dont turn on. anyone have any ideas?

ya well i checked the only 2 i knew of, the clock radio and the cig lighter and acc fuse. noth were ok, but i replaced anyway. i was thinkin maybe just the connectors arnt connectin good. i have good voltage in the ignition wire, but the other one that stays on to keep ur setting saved is at like 1 volt? but i figure that would have nothing to do with it not even turnin on

Obviously you're no electrician. Fix the damn wire and get back to us

so the constent wire needs 12 volts for the cd player to turn on then? dont be a dick man i have no clue, im just tryin to figure this out one thing at a time, and seein how its sunday no wheres open to take it to get someone else to look at it

well i just pulled it and its blown like a ****, bad thing is i leave at 2am tomarrow mornin for work for the week, so i wont beable to fix it till next weekent. thanks tho man
