What oil and oil filter do you guys recommend for my D16Y8?

What oil and oil filter do you guys recommend for my D16Y8?
I havent changed my oil in like 4000 miles. I think I went a little over, but what oil do you guys recommend? Does it really matter? Some guy recommended me the Advanced Q or something like that. Should I go with that one? And how expensive are the quarts?
