well guys i just bought this type r and everything was going good untill i broke my key at work. well i thought no big deal so i just grabbed the spare key i made and now the car wont start. its a 1998 itr, i have heard of other integras having that coded key thing but i didnt think mine had that. if i have that on my car is there anyway i can kill that system? i have a clifford alarm so i really dont need that.and i really dont have the time to go to the dealer and get a new key made. anyhelp would be apreaciated

 

I dont think 98's have the immobilizer. does it turn over at all when you turn the key? battery dead? lights work?
