so i had a messed up alternator but i didn't know if it was really the alternator. so i pull the red side of the battery to see if it could run without the battery and it died. so i started it back up to pull and windows up and noticed that the neddle for the tac and mph was pass all redline mark and 140 mark and were just droped stright down. then started the car back up again and its stuck under the neddle. is there any way to fix this?

 

its a 1999 honda accord 2 door coupe v6 by the way.
