Default Question about Espelir springs install

Hey guys!
Well i am installing Espelir springs with koni shocks today, but i was wondering one thing. Do I have to let these springs settle before i get an alinement ? If so how long do i need to let them settle? Someone told me if they were good springs they wont need to settle. Someone please help me thumbsup.gif .. i tried searching, but really didnt come up with anything.

also if you look alittle down on this thread. I ran into a problem with the springs spinning when installed on the car. I tighten the top down good so i dont understand why it is doing this. is this normal or is something wrong ? can anyone help me need my car by monday for work AHHH!!

thanks ,

cameron

I think you should be good after just taking it for a short spin, just so they sit compressed. Don't worry, go get your wheel alignment done!

Really? I figured it would be ok after riding for about a day, but I could be wrong. It's always fun learning new things!

any pictures of the drop on said setup? im sure im not the only one who would appreciate it.

and regarding your koni shock thread about how stiff it should be, i was going to say it depended on the spring and spring rates, but seeing you have espelir springs, i would leave them at softest since thats what they are made to do and would be most comfortable. if you want play with the stiffness a little, from personal experience, even 1/4 of a turn is a world of difference on koni's, they are amazing. but im not a pro so maybe talk to CRX_Lee on this forum, he is the Koni representative and answered all my questions.
