Default Show me your custom made Intercoolers :)

I am beginning to gather some material to make another custom IC endtank deisgn. I wanna see some of what you guys are doing This is my favorite part of turbo kit fabrication IMO

I got 2 huge cores brand new oem from a cummins truck. if some one wants them make me an offer, they are big enough to make atleast 2 intercoolers per core

Wiggins/Hydraflow connections on both ends.

Inlet 2.5" Outlet 3"

what thickness do you guys use for aluminum endtanks? Also what kind of aluminum do you use for the endtanks?
I'm going to use 5052AL just because I can get it easier and more varieties of thickness at work.

why is it designed like that? Seems like it would flow poorly compared to something like a precision endtank or those long tapered ones tony1 makes.

im no expert but every book i've ever read says thats bad juju. air likes smooth transitions and no sharp edges
