Can you take a pic of the back side of the seat? Also do these come with rails? If so what do they fit?

 

supposidly you are supposed to use bride sliders and rails i think.

i have some sliders and some rails that will fit either an EK or an EG that i will throw in so you could rig something up if you didnt want to go with the bride.
