bogging @ 7500

Default bogging @ 7500

curious, but when i rev the engine boggs at around 7500 rpms, it is a b16. Any suggestions on possible issues? other than that, it runs perfect

ahhhh, the PW0 has a lower redline than the Pr3, not sure what the redline on it is though...

you might have an auto b16a motor?? Cuz the cams are horrible on those, and those were made to rev up to only 7600, so that would be my guess.

on the casing, it should say PW0 or PR3.
then open up the case and it should have either MT or AT.
MT = 5 spd, AT= auto

not the ecu, the engine. i can crack open te valve cover, i believe the auto's have one single intake valve springs and the mt have dual.

hmm, mine bogged at 7000, ... but i have other problems to deal with first.. some oil leaks.. etc


1990 b16a 5million series, w/ y1 tranny, pr3
