Default Cat Test Pipe

Has anyone installed a Cat test pipe? Did it make a noticable effect on performance? How did it affect the sound? Did it become very loud. Also, were there any problems with the Oxygen Sensors ?

I have the Invidia 60mm Testpipe with O2 Simulator on my Ap1. It isn't loud because I'm currently running stock exhaust at the moment. Lame...lol, but response is better.
