Who has a 4 puck/unsprung clutch for a daily driver?

They do allow a lot more vibration to occur between transmission and engine, definitely not a wise choice for a daily. A full face disc with 6 good springs would be a decent choice. Holding power isn't in the disc, its in the plate, and many people around here use a strong plate like an ACT 2600 with a good street full face disc, some modify them to fit bushings instead of springs for a bit stiffer grab and less driveline noise.

i have a 6 puck SPRUNG, dont know why you would even mess with an unsprung disc for a dd???
lets just say when it grabs it wants to go, it doesnt like to be babied.
coming from a stock street disc, its a little tuffer to drive but you get used to it.

act maxx extreme pressure plate and a sprung 4puck...you just have to know how to drive. i drive the car that clutch is in at least 6 if not 7 days a week.
