It makes a bunch of clicking noises kinda when it activates and deactivates. When it is on past the RPM switch over it silent and when it off prior to RPM switch off also silent. It sounds like a sticking solinoid. Thought that it was the relay but the RPM switch is just turning on/off really fast at the RPM switch over my light is flashing really fast almost unnoticeable.
