Default Spacers for an SI spoiler...?

I've seen the CF spacers for a Subaru WRX wing that were like 2 inches tall.

Is there anything like that for the SI spoilers? I think it would look a little meaner with the spoiler raised up an inch or 2....

Well, personally I am not sure it would look meaner (or better), but it sure would be easier to clean and wax under that sucker.

To answer your questions, I don't know of any company that makes this, but I don't think it would be too hard to fabricate yourself.

For Subaru they are called "risers", but thats a really good idea... Risers for our wings would be really nice in my opinion, I'll try to photoshop some and post some pics.....

Just an FYI the spoiler on the concept is an OEM si (COUPE) wing with the posts bigger and centered

I don't think that pic is "photoshopped" though. The shadow looks real to me. I think that is a real pic. Where did the risers come from?

I do like the raised wing on the sedan. The prototype picture.... I don't think that it looks right on the coupe though.

I'm not really feelin it either.

And BTW that pic is definitely photoshopped. You can see how pixelated the risers and the area under the wing appear.

Like on the Hasport Civic Si? They used spacers and bolted on some carbon fiber sides.

" The factory Si trunk spoiler remains, but it's lifted and widened by custom carbon-fiber standoffs and a splitter ($850)"

My bad. Good job with photoshop then!

Thank you 24boosted. I kinda like the Hasport one though. I don't know about the CF ends though.

Has anyone actually done this to their coupe?
