What is this clip on the wire harness and can i use one from a 95 civic?

What is this clip on the wire harness and can i use one from a 95 civic?

(this is out of my 97 civic ex)
there is a blue square looking clip on the back of the engine harness underneath the intake manifold and i think it has something to do with the injector wiring because my car is only running on 3 cylinders.........does anyone know if i can use one from a 95 civic or how i could fix this? since the wires are frayed........and like two are ripped off but i dont have enough wire to resolder

In theory you might be able to use one from a 95 civic, however it would probably be a lot easier just to get another plug from an obd2 vehicle so that you don't have to search for wiring schematics.

You can solder together all of those wires and ditch the plug.. The plug just jumps everything together.. take the cap off you'll see.
