radio problem after disconnecting battery terminals
my home girl has a 2003 honda civic and after giving me a jump start her + batt terminal became loose. i forgot to put it back on before i cranked her car up and when i tried to start it everything in the car flashed and turned off. after i put the terminal back on everything worked just fine except for the radio. now all it says is error on the display, it is the factory head unit. could someone please help.

She probably needs to input the radio CODE. This happens every time you disconnect the battery.
It's been covered so many times, that it's in the FAQ's. Check out the FAQ's for the write-up.
