All '96-'98 USDM Civic front ends are the same.
All '99-'00 USDM Civic front ends are the same.
The only differences are the hatch and SOHC coupes have one grille, the sedans have a grille with an extra fin across the middle and chrome trim and the Si coupe has a mesh grille with removable center H. The Si also has a standard front lip, which is optional on all other '99-'00 USDM Civics.
So, as long as the donor is from the same range of years ('96-'98 or '99-'00) that you car is in, yes, it will fit.
