Default Ingalls "Stiffy" engine Damper vs. Spoon Engine Damper

Anybody have any questions or comments. So far I have only read some testimonials for the Ingalls, but have yet to find anything on the spoon. I'm just worried about quality, as I have heard that some people have had bad experiences with cheap engine dampers. Any feedback would be great.

Also would installing the engine damper make the car at idle shake even more. Would engine mount inserts from Energy Suspensions help? Does anyone have a combo with ES inserts and engine dampers?

Thank YOu everyone

You know every engine damper is produced by the same company, right?

Silk Road.

I'm 99.8% sure they are all produced by Silk Road, then bought by all other companies.

Then again, if you want to be sure, make sure to consult the Authenticity ****'s over in the Appearance and Cosmetic forum.

Actually, Ingalls Engine Torque Dampeners are 100% designed and manufactured by Ingalls. They don't buy them from another company and relabel them.

haha, i suppose consulting the "Authenticity ****'s" wasn't necessary, afterall.

i run the NRG in my accord. i did notice some more vibration at idle but i like it. it makes my SOHC low-compression daily driver feel like it has something mean grumbling under the hood.
