Head Gasket Question
I'm rebuliding my b18c1 and plan on throwin in some itr pistons. What i was wondering was should i run a stock or cometic head gasket. If so how many layers and what size. What would be best to run a safe cr without worryin about detonation
You will not have a problem with detonation using ITR pistons on a B18C1. I am currently running this setup with a .50 mm over size with no problems. You should be able to go to 11+:1 on 91 octane with no problems. Use this for a compression ratio calculator:

But i need to know what headgasket i should use. what is the advantage of using a thin HG. i know it bumps up ur CR but does it increase HP any?
The CR guide was helpful but are the diffrences in p73AO and p73OO???
