Default Overheating

i have a d16z6 and it is overheating to the point where i cant tune it properly. i have changed the radiator, head gasket, water pump, thermostat, and even with the thermostat out it still wont curculate any coolant through the system. the top radiator hose gets very hot and the lower hose is always cold, and the heater gets extremely hot. I dont know if one of the engine coolant ports is clogged or there is an air pocket somwhere in the system. Any pointers would help me so i can get my car tuned before the end of summer.
