Help: Cams installation

ITR cams
cam gears
supertech valve/retainers

what do i have to worry? what else should I put in at the same time.

I have GSR engine

I'm not sure about a "best" criteria, but for your set-up ITR or portflow would work really well.

I second that, for itr cams you don't want anything to stiff. OEM ITR would be fine, but a popular setup is the ITR outer springs and Portflow inner springs.
