Default Brake help...

Car:
90-91 Civ Hatch

Procedure:
Rear disc conversion

Parts swapped:
4040 prop (yes, I know, it should be a 3540. There's a reason I went 4040...)
Rear TA's
Cals
New rear brake hoses

Note:
Front brakes untouched

Problem:
I've been bleeding these brakes for about an hour. Got fluid to both in the rear but the pedal wouldn't stiffen up. Back right (number one in bleeding sequence) had a bad (locked) caliper. It was replaced with a used, but tested and well-working caliper. Caliper piston was turned to accomodate brake pad. Pad currently just barely touches rotor without pedal/ebrake applied. I continued bleeding, and the pedal will not stiffen. We've been through about a bottle and a half of fluid with no prevail.

Other notes:
When pulling ebrake, both rear will lock. When pressing brake pedal, back left will lock, but back right has no pressure. While bleeding, I'm getting air and some fluid out, but it seems there's no end to the air. All the lines are tight...not sure what to do from here...

Please help.

Thanks.

I've done one of these before...took about 3 hours. We're on three days with this project...
