Default Misfire w/ no OBDII code

I have been fighting a crazy problem with my 98 accord 4 cylinder. Im not getting any codes, but I am getting a slight mis that I feel slightly while barely pressing the guess. The car appears to idle fine....but at, higher rpms, when not trying to do anything but keep speed....it feels like bumps in the road...just slight misses...all the time. I have never felt anything like it. I have changed plugs and wires twice checking and rechecking gaps in the plugs. They are all Honda specific specs for plugs and wires.

I have had transmission work a couple years ago, well before noticing this problem. I also had an EGR valve that I replaced and cleaned out the ports. I have also changed out the distributor cap and rotor. I have also sprayed the compartment with multiple bottles of carb and choke cleaner looking for vacuum leaks with no success. Any help would be appreciated as I am at a loss. The fact that it isnt popping a code is throwing me off.

Try a bottle of fuel injector cleaner on your next fill up and see how it goes.

You mentioned plugs and wires, what about your distributor cap and rotor. Have you replaced them or checked them for oxidation and unusual wear?
If you have a volt meter you could also check the resistance of your coil, it may be starting to go south on you. Just a few other things to look at while your looking at the injectors.

It could be that the EGR passages are blocked so when you take off it dumps all the exhaust gases into 1 or 2 cylinders. I would suggest you let someone check it since its kind of hard to diagnose these things without seeing it and since you did the basics already its probably something a little more serious.
