Ok I Just Got My Car Running With a B16 turbo kit well part of a kit most of the things i had to fab well anyways i need to know if anyone has a turbo on a d16 and if they had to upgrade the cooling system if so what was the specs on the system so i can get it made

94 Civic SI D16
Full custom exhaust
b16 turbo manifold
t25 turbo
Custom Charge Pipes
Fmu

Problem left to solve over heating, running very rich, still have a slight sputter, and feels like it loses power in 5th gear at open throttle..

 

get a bigger rad or atleast a duel core one.....also your car runs like **** cause you have a fmu...also explain how you have a b16 manifold on a d16 head

 

I Ported the manifold to fit the head on my d16 and used a burbit to make more room for the bolts the manifold holes was only off by 1/8 of a in. and the outer head ports was about the same the center ones was just about perfect.

 

you couldnt just buy for for like 2-3 hundred bucks?

Bro...you just need to get this **** tuned ASAP!

Get yourself an aluminum radiator w/ a 12" slim fan...you should have done this already. As far as your other problems, they can be fixed, or at least figured out through tuning.
