Fuel pump not getting 12v. Relay checks out good, fuses check out good. Fuel pump worked fine prior to swapping out fuel filter. Are there any safety measures Honda has built into this electrical system? (example, bad brake switch won't allow car to be placed in drive)

 

Black/yellow wire comes from main relay to the fuel pump, and there is a connector somewhere between the two.

Maybe a continuity test with an ohm meter?

 

verified power to pump, '95 Accord Ex 4cyl, automatic

 

main relay under dash......may not send the signal for it to turn on

 

found trouble, bad ground to the relay. Thanks for your help.
