b18c gsr cams any better then b16a jdm 2nd gen cams.. help (did the search)

was wondering if i swapped gsr cams into my 2nd gen b16a if they are any better?

any more performance?

and any body tried this

If you have a B16A, try CTR cams. They should give u a little more power.

i know that the type arhhhhhs are better but i have gsr cams available

Gsr cams make a nice difference over the shitty b16 cams. swap them out if you have access to them.
