ok, i have a 91 civic 4dr with a b16a in it, it has a header, skunk 2 manifold, aem intake,every else is still stock, my problem is when i start my car up it idels good, idels around 850, now when i go to the store and shut it off, start it back up about 5 minutes it idels around 1500-1800 and wont go down, any ideas of what can be causing this, also the fast idel is block off with no leaks and i just replaced the iecv, any ideas will be helpfull, thanks alot

let it warm up and then set the idle, also set timing. should be a good start.
