Default Polished or Ceramic Header

I am going to purchase the Invidia N1 catback exhaust and a DC sports header, but was debating going with polished or ceramic with the heat wrap.

the ceramic one keeps more heat from escaping into your engine bay from the primaries.... there are no differences in exhaust flow between the two...

You should be fine without the heat wrap.

I wouldn't use the wrap in the first place as you can never be sure if you are trapping in dirt and moisture, and neither is good.

ceramic headers tend to crack. I'd go stainless steel

Ceramic from what I've heard chip easier and dont last as long, so in that case I'd go with SS
