Which engine? If it's an LS, GSR, or B16a you can use regular NGK base plugs.
I would use colder plugs on the ITR, but I don't own an ITR so I can't tell you what other people use.

well for the most part NGK all the way.
care full with the bosch I've read a couple thread about them breaking and locking up you motor.
