What Spark plugs should I use?

I'm running a JR blower on my R. I'm plannin to change the spark plugs soon. Which one should I use? NGK Platium? What model number? any good web sites? thanks

platnum runs hot, and can become a catylist for detonation. Iridums run colder, and be sure to get at least one heat range colder than the factory recomendation.
