What can happen if you don't re torque your new ge head studs?? I searched and found nothing...
I've been debating pulling the cams to retorque the bolts on my build too.
With the heating and cooling cycles it allows everything to expand and contract a bit. There is probably stress relieving going on as well hence the need to retorque the studs. I will try it, maybe if you do too post your results on if the torque changed.
