ARP Head bolt Question?
Okay i just got today some arp headbolts, now can i remove my stock ones 1 by 1 and put the arp's and torque them to spec one at a time, this shouldnt compromise a seal correct? I already have a new cometic headgasket in so i dont need to pull the head off. So does this sound okay?

I think any time you take off the cylinder head bolts, or loosen them, you compromise the seal. You can try to get away with it I guess. Someone else might be able to chime in.

Heh. Maybe call Cometic and ask what they think? I'm sure some people have gotten away with using a used head gasket and making it work. Try it. After a while, check if you have any coolant loss or compression loss. If not, good to go.
