Has anyone seen this eacv before?
... and. Does anyone know how to install a 2 pin eacv on this manifold? (Stock valve, nothing custom.)

Why hasn't anyone said to search? That's odd.
BTW, after a day of hunting around at the junkyard. It looks like a variant of the 00 civic ex of the USDM make. This picture shows the manifold from the 00 1.6 sohc zc civic jdm. I am going to just drill and tap holes in this manifold and bolt up a 99-00 eacv from a us ex. Done and out.

OK so I am wrong. The valve mounted on the intake is for the Manual trannied civics. The "rotary" valve mounted on the throttle body is for the automatics.
yeah... the one you have is a three wire used on the US DX/CX 96+ and also on the auto EX's. You should honestly just get a different throttle body. I don't think the manual style IACV will even have the same ports.
The auto throttle body (in pic) does have the correct port for the throttle blade bypass utilized in the manual system. The dimensions are the same on both auto and manual manifold castings. Just need to drill and install valve. I am a poor college student so I am refusing to use money to solve this issue
