HELP WITH STOCK TRANNY
hey guys, kinda in a crunch right now, got to work tomorrow and i started something i can't finish today (stupid) but i'm gonna get as far along as i can tonight so the sooner i can get to work tomorrow.. i'm trying to replace some of the bearings in my 4 speed tranny (DD), and i can't seem to get one off.. this is the one i'm trying to get, but it won't budge with a puller.. can anyone help?

Is there a clip or some **** you gotta remove first?
I dunno...
Slidehammer? Maybe you shouldn't force it if there's something that needs to be done first to get it off.

When i do this sort of ****,i remove the (1) bolt on the bottom that holds the unit it..when you remove the bolt you can lift the entire assembly out the tranny as one unit.
but a jaw puller should be working

try a lil bit of heat. Sometimes a propane torch does the trick. a lil bit of heat expands the gear just enough to slide over the lip that is stopping it. Thats why it cant be pulled out.
Hold the shaft upside down and apply a lil heat and it should drop right off
