I need an opinion again. I already have plans on bolting on a mugen header and mugen exhaust onto my '00 civic si. Would installing CTR cams be a good idea? What will I expect from them?

yes definitely. well all you really need is the ctr intake cam since the ctr exhaust cam is pretty similar compared to the stock SI exhaust cam. but if you got the $$$ go ahead and get both the ctr intake and exhaust cams.
