Driver's side door dent is screwing up all my pics..

See the large, flat dent on the driver's door? I'm just trying to gather some options from everyone. What can I do about it? The dent is right on the molding and about 16" wide by 8" high and very shallow. I'm guessing the PO hit a guard pole at the gas station while opening the door. It looks like someone tried to pull it with suction cups and failed.
If I get a new (used) door, will the Milano Red match?
If I get it straightened and filled, will it really be strait and will the paint match?
If I get it removed via paintless dent repair will it be strait? I already asked one shop and he said he could get it to 98% strait. Not good enough IMO.
Do I have any other options? Is there a special service for paintless repair on large, shallow dents?
Any help would be appreciated, because it's driving me nuts. I know most people wouldn't even notice it, but it bugs me every day.
Any idea what price I should expect for the PDR fix for that dent? I think I was quoted $150 before. Sounds a bit steep IMO. I can get a whole door for that price.
I'm still going to search for a specialist, because most PDR shops just deal with small dents. I have a few of those type on the other side that don't bother me that much.

Photshopping reflective surfaces is really difficult. Regardless, the point isn't really the images.. It's a real dent and I want to get it fixed for real.
Pushing it out would be a bad idea, the PO already tried it and managed to just make it more wavy. The dent is above and below the trim line, so it's not just a matter of popping it out.

I have the exact kind of dent. I will try removing the door panel and push it out gently with a wallpaper roller. It won't be perfect but it will look a lot better for free. Your best paid option is to pay the $150 fee for a good PDR guy. Bodywork will probably cost double that and from my experience, not all shops can do a good blend from repaired section into the original paint. The PDR guy will get it almost perfect if he's good and there will be no paint match problems.
Thanks Geeforce, I've never used PDR before so I was kind of skeptical of the whole process. Any recs for good PDR in Denver?
You can try searching for Ding King or something in your area. I found my guy at a BMW dealership. Dealers keep the PDR guys very busy repairing new and used cars just before delivery. There is a Honda dealer near me that seems to have a PDR guy's truck on the lot every day. Be on the lookout or you can even ask the service counter at your dealer since many offer this for service to customers for an additional cost to you. They usually pay the PDR guy half what they charge you. Let us know how you do.
Thats a tough dent, because the molding recess is giving it strength. From the pictures I'd have to say it would be 80% repaired using a pdr service.
It guarantee the color won't match with a used door. I would take it to a body shop and tell them your particular, that way they'll give it to one of their better techs. The quarter panel will most likely need to be blended for color match.
