Default 1st gear throttle lag???

i have started to notice that my first gear throttle response is lagging horribly now....i hit that gas and it takes a 1/2 a second and sometimes longer to actually respond!

is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

Drive by wire. I believe that a Hondata reflash helps with that, but it just happens. Yay technology!

my thoughts exactly... when you replace a direct cable with wires and modules and all that other bullshit you will tend to see some lag. Especially if you are not used to driving new cars. Take me for instance, I work at ford and drive the new 6.4L twin-Turbo diesels all day....I thought my car was bad, holy **** does that thing lag nuts hahahaha

its usually very responsive......... but sometimes when i just want to rev my car a little, it takes a second. usually when im parked, or barely rolling at all, like at a light or something. makes me pretty angry........

I drove a guys 07 si in the car group and i noticed very little change in response, but a definate change in rev hang... so unless hondata did something other than the tidbits honda did to the actual throttle system, then they should be teaching honda.
