why not just go for the H22 and keep it a prelude?
anything is possible with enough money but not sure if anyone produces B series mount s for preludes.

Anything is possible, dude. Fab up some mounts, get the axles to work, do the wiring, check clearances and there ya go...it's not a common swap so won't be able to just order the parts or anything.
A B-series wouldn't be too bad in a 2nd gen Prelude.
