alarm goes off when ever a door is opend and then again when key is removed.
the car is a 2000 or newer, and for some damn reason the factory alarm goes off when ever you open the car doors with the key, and it stays on for like 2mins even if you start the car, and again when the keys are taken out. any ideas? or should it be taken to a dealer.

im thinking it might be trying to tell you something. maybe something was damaged that the alarm relies on or there is an error message or code. i would take it back to where ever you got it installed or whoever you bought the car from (if it was a dealer)
