b16a swap?? Good or Bad????

Default b16a swap?? Good or Bad????

I have a 90 Si an the d16a6 is pretty much taking one to many beatings from previous owners. I'm thinking about ordering an SIR I b16a motor off hmo. Can someone tell me what a sub harness that is an option for the Si an Hf models?? An would i need the integra steering knuckles an hubs?? Someone please help me.

your knuckles will work.

contact rywire.com.

you will need mounts, linkage, axles, rear L bracket. and a few other things.

if you are referring to the information in my sig...that is to the wheels with a shity exhaust and a cat on my car.

a stock b16 will be lucky to make 135 down to the rubber.

if you want something fast, dont go b16. save and go bigger.

My EF hatch made 157 on the dyno to the wheels with a B16A,intake,headers,exhaust,its a great engine and a technical marvel even by todays standards,and if you should blow it,get a B20 block and use the B16 head...B20 VTEC baby!Feels like DOHC ZC until VTEC kicks in and then it pulls hard all the way to 8200,lots of fun.

I have this same motor ordered if off hmo i love it i dyno at 171 with 128 torque i with just megan header intake and exhaust ran a 14.7 at the track awsome motor to have
