Code 41
How do I fix a code 41 for my b16a2? Also im getting a knock sensor code, but i changed it and checked the connection and its all good, but still the code. Ive heard it could be my crank positioning sensor, is this true? And where is that located?

The heating element is on the tip of the O2 sensor and not sold independently (as far as I know). You'll need a new O2 sensor. Though usually the heater goes bad due to a wiring issue, it's still possible that it's the O2 sensor.
$62 does shipped for a denso O2 sensor from Frank_2.0L. Buy it, try it.
If it throws the code, it's the wiring.
For the knock sensor...you said you checked the connection...did you try a different one...?

I did try using a brand new one, and it still threw the code. And no im using regular....
The 02 sensor is brand new, but a friend of mine told me that since i have an after market exhaust, that I would need an after market 02 sensor, I have a stock one in right now. Is this true? What kind of wiring could be the issue? Also I have a AFR gauge, and i heard that i needed a wide band 02 sensor, is that the same as an after market 02 sensor?

Your b16 REQUIRES premium fuel...thats why youre throwing knock code...
Drain the fuel (if your topped off/just filled up - you can pour it into some other car...) and fill up with 100% premium.
Sorry, but thats how it has to be. It is a high compression engine (compared to most)
Now, for the o2 code - Are you running a denso sensor or a bosch from the parts store?
No...of course you dont need an aftermarket o2 with an aftermarket exhaust...smack your dumb friend. Exhausts (catback) have nothing to do with o2's at all.
Wideband sensors are aftermarket (usually), yes. BUT that doesnt mean that any old 3rd party sensor is wideband - it will say it specifically (and cost a lot...) If youre not running this, remove the A/F gauge and sell it - its pointless on narrowband (stock)

You never need an aftermarket o2, lets just say that. (aside from wideband for modified fuel curves)
OEM/Denso o2 sensors are what works best, and really what works period, on Hondas.
Do NOT change it unless its bad. ONLY use OEM/Denso (for narrowband)
