fucked something up
basically the other night i was driving home and a oem motor mount bolt sanpped, yeah that was shitty, but the bolt also fell into my timming cover and got logged destroyed my belt and my timing belt slipped about 6 teeth is what im guessing, anyways since then i have replaced the timing belt and reset the timing. and it feels like i am missing about 30hp. i dont think that i bent any valves because there is no noise coming from the head, and it idles fine, but it is hard for it to go above 5000 rpm.
btw my car is a 91 std hatch with a d15b2 and a si trans.
thanks in advance any ideas welcome

Timing off? Double check it.
Just because you hear no noise doesn't mean damage hasn't been done. If you double check the timing and everything's mint, it's time to pull the head.

Before you go pulling the head, you can easily tell if you bent some valves,
1.Hook a vacume gauge up and see if it reads unnormal "easiest" The needle should stay steady around 22
2. Compression test each cylinder, If you have a bent valve the comression will be down.
3. Do a leak down test on each cylinder.
