Injen Headers
The mechanic changed my oil pan and gasket today. After taking off a portion of my headers, he discovered that my flange gasket (I believe thats what it is called) is broken. It is located at the part of the header that goes from 4 to 2.
It looks just like this http://www.phonecallsfromthede...0.jpg
I went to 10 different car shops performance and nonperformance, and I couldn't find a single fit. What is this piece called and how can I get it?
THANKS!!!

its just teh flange gasket, you probably will not be able to find one locally, best option is to get a sheet of gasket material from the parts store, and cut your own.
yeah u wont find one those ive tried and only found ordering online. local parts stores didnt have metal sheets to make my own just the paper ones
AutoZone stocks a big sheet its like $15 dollars. Just trace your old gasket with a sharpie or something and cut it with scissors or a razor blade.
Search online for exhaust gasket material it's only a couple of dollars per sheet. They sell them in different dimensions, and you can also get hi-temp exhaust gasket material that is stronger than the original. I bought a Mr. Gasket brand sheet and replaced all of my original exhaust gaskets after pulling the exhaust.

i got my sheet at autozone for like $15 dollars, it looks like paper on teh outside, but it has metal screen in the middle, its high temp and works great, i have been using the same sheet for about a year now, never had to buy another gasket since i got this stuff. to cut it i just trace out what i need on the sheet, then youse a flat tip screwdriveer and it it with a hammer to cut through the metal.
