headlight wattage

I want to upgrade my bulbs, but I want to get the proper wattage bulbs so there's no shorts or to much power flowing? What is the ??/?? head light wattage? low/high, thanks in advance for any helpful input? BTW I'm new to the civic game. I'm about to get rid of my DA and just got a 96 civic.

Don't those pull more than stock wattage?
