Default Can i polish wheels that are mounted??

I got some black slips that i wanna strip off the black and polish them. The only problem is i don't have no steelies to go on the car to have the rims dismounted.

Will the aircraft remover messup the tires at all??

i don't mind stripping them on the car and sanding them down to eventually a polish while on the car i just don't wanna hurt the tires..

And yes i know how to poilsh the wheels done it before but rims where dismounted.

Anythings possible...Im sure it will be somewhat of a pain in the ***...just find some steelies temporarily until you get your blingin' slips done

And worse case scenario :what if you get aircraft remover on your car paint...**** would be game over, cause that stuff is Nasty

I would not recomend it especially w/ the aircraft stripper. You have break lines that would get damaged from the chemicals. Just take and work w/ one wheel at a time w/ a use of a spare wheel

so if i just pull 1 off at a time do you think it will hurt the tires?
i can leave it on jackstands strip 1 at a time mounted, then polish them on the car..

place tape on the tires and/or place plastic to the tape, also to cover them.

I'm gonna just sell them i believe and get polished j-mags or slips unless the track r's can be ordered polished.. And before anyone chimes in i don't give a damn that thier Rotas, i'll rock them bitches while i take the paint off your car flying by you and your 2k wheels..

I almost used the aircraft remover i bought today on my ugly *** nitrous express yellow bottle but its half full not sure if that would do anything or not..

Do you guys think that would be safe and wonder if the bottle will polish out??

If not its gotta be painted soon its fugly..

it's gonna take you forever taking one wheel off at a time and then doing the aircraft stripper and then sanding it.

Why would that take forever...you can only sand one wheel at a time anyway.
