Did you hook up the starter output to the key side or before a starter skill relay?

Sit in the car, step on clutch, activate system, if it starts you have miswired the CIS.
How exactly did you "bypass" the CIS, [clutch interlock switch]?

If it does not start, you have miswired the Compustars starter output, [yellow, CN1/6], if starter cut works, trigger alarm and engine will not turn over until you disarm the alarm, you have, as wrx-killer-Sti-eater suggests, you have wired the off board starter cut relay backwards. 94

really ima double check the starter kill relay but the Starter output pin 5 in CN2 i dont connect so ima try that frist and i hooked up yellow to starter side and yellow blk to key side off the starter wire, and i bypass the clutch by tappin the clutch wires together so i can start it without steppin on the clutch

The starter wire, CN2/5 red/black is not used in your car, no 2nd starter is needed.

You do not need to jump the CIS and defeat it for the remote start to work, just connect the black status output lead, CN2/2 to the output of the CIS, black/blue.

The status output will supply the ground that the starter relay needs for engine to crank, during remote start, leaving the CIS functional the rest of the time. 94

What do you mean, " it was from CN2"? 94
