I wanna debadge the front bumper and the rear bumper ( acura+ acura logo in middle) but is there holes in the front bumper? I think theres holes in the rear but unsure. I was thinkin 10pound fishing line?
I was going to do the same, and thats what everyone reccomended.. and maybe a heat gun... I decided not to do it though, because its gonna cost me too much for the Type R badges.. I can put that 100 bucks into the Horsepower fund.. haha

I got my red honda emblems off ebay for like $10. They will stay on there till the car gets painted. That's when the shaving begins.

lowes sells plugs...shave it, and plug it. buy touch up paint at acura...looks good. or even do rubber cement, and paint over that....
you dont need to get the car painted to have it shaved...many people can vouch for that!

I'm sure it will look fine. But that sounds like a ghetto mod to me. You might as well wait until you are getting a paint job to shave it down.

lol wow...a ghetto mod?
lowes carries em...just gotta look hard, when i was there, they didnt know what i was talking about as well...the size for the rear is like a 1/4 plug for the badge, and a 3/16 for "acura"...they are tiny...your gonna need 4 plugs all together...you cant plug the front badge because the sizes wont fit....
and trust me, these plugs fit perfect!
also try the rubber cement/glue idea...works very well
