help guys im throwing up a code 43 & 3

help guys im throwing up a code 43 & 3 but only on highway driving , any idea's
. im running a b18c1 with obd1 conversion car seems great before this then drive on a high was at an average speed and i get the code,

check ur o2 sensor hook up
